General Policy

INSIGHT: A Multidisciplinary Peer-Reviewed Annual Research E-Journal publishes original, high-quality scholarly work across diverse academic disciplines, including arts, humanities, sciences, and business studies. The journal is committed to promoting rigorous research, critical inquiry, and interdisciplinary dialogue.

Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. The journal follows a strict double-blind peer review process to ensure academic integrity and quality.

Types of Contributions

The journal accepts the following categories of manuscripts:

1. Original research articles (theoretical or empirical)
2. Review papers
3. Conceptual or methodological papers
4. Case studies and analytical essays
5. Book reviews

These contributions should address contemporary or emerging issues and demonstrate scholarly relevance and originality.

Manuscript Preparation

Authors must adhere to the following formatting and structural requirements:

1. Language: English (consistent use of either British or American spelling)
2. File format: MS Word (.docx)
3. Page layout: A4 size, 1-inch margins
4. Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing
5. Word limit: 2,500–4,000 words
6. Abstract: Maximum 200 words
7. Keywords: 3–5 keywords

Manuscripts must be clearly structured, well-organized, and free from grammatical or typographical errors.

Submission Process

2. Submissions should comply with the prescribed deadlines announced for each issue
3. Only complete manuscripts meeting formatting and ethical requirements will be considered

The journal is published annually as an open-access online publication.

Authorship and Responsibility

1. All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research
2. One corresponding author must be designated for communication
3. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all data, references, and interpretations

A signed Declaration of Originality must accompany each submission, confirming that the work is original and ethically compliant.

Ethical Standards

The journal adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors must ensure:

1. Originality of work with plagiarism not exceeding 10%
2. Proper citation and acknowledgment of all sources
3. No fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data
4. Ethical conduct of research in compliance with applicable regulations
5. Disclosure of conflicts of interest

Any violation of ethical standards may result in rejection or retraction of the manuscript.

Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process:

1. Initial Screening: Evaluation for scope, relevance, and plagiarism
2. Review Stage: Assessment by subject experts
3. Decision: Acceptance, revision, or rejection based on reviewers’ reports

The review process typically takes 2–3 months. Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted within the stipulated timeframe.

Editorial Policy

1. The Editorial Board reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions
2. Manuscripts not meeting the required standards may be returned without review
3. Authors are solely responsible for the content of their submissions
4. Copyright of published articles rests with the journal

Language Quality Requirement

Authors are encouraged to ensure that their manuscripts are carefully reviewed for language and grammar prior to submission. Manuscripts that do not meet the minimum standard of written English required for peer review may be returned by the editorial office.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers play a critical role in maintaining the quality of the journal and are expected to:

1. Maintain confidentiality of manuscripts
2. Provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations
3. Assess originality, clarity, methodology, and ethical compliance
4. Report any ethical concerns or misconduct
