About Us

Tezpur College, established in 1965 with the untiring and selfless efforts of some of the enlightened citizens of Tezpur, has now emerged as one of the premier institutions of Higher Education in the North Bank of Assam. Late Dulal Chandra Bhattacharjee, the founder President and late Padma Prasad, the first acting Principal, along with some other zealous citizens shouldered the responsibilities of moulding the college to cater to the needs of Higher Education in the North Bank of Assam.Read more
