Objective: To acquaint students with the career scope in Heritage Management.
Description: A departmental seminar is conducted at I.P Choudhury Conference Hall Tezpur College on 15/02/2025 . Inaugral talk was given by Rupali Daimari, HOD History department, Tezpur College. Respected Principal and Vice principal of Tezpur College also attended the programme. Resource person was Abhilash Rajkhowa, District Museum Officer Sonitpur. He delivered a talk on Archaeology, heritage Management and Conservation. He gave detailed description where students can pursue these courses and what are the scope in this field. He motivated the students to pursue their career in these fields. Finally, Vote of thanks was given by Saurabh Kumar, faculty of History department.
Outcome: Students clarified their doubt in Question Answer session, and some students will surely pursue their career in these fields.
