The Department of Political Science, Tezpur College visited Shergaon, Arunachal Pradesh, on the 14th and 15th of March, 2025, as part of an educational tour of the B.A. 6th Sem under the guidance of Dr. Bhanupriya Daimari and Ganesh Bhattarai, Assistant Professors at Tezpur College. During the two-day visit, the students explored the captivating natural beauty of Shergaon. In addition to experiencing the serene landscape, they also gained insights into the local rituals, faiths, and household practices by visiting various monasteries and engaging with the local community of Shergaon.
