Surajita Bora is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education, Tezpur College. She completed her Master's degree in Education from Dibrugarh University in 2020 and her M.Phil in Education from the same university in2023. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D.in Education at Dibrugarh University. Her academic and Research interests include Educational Management and Positive Psychology. She is keenly interested in exploring themes related to student well-being, academic resilience, motivation and institutional effectiveness.
